Defrosting/Handling Tips
Remove pastry from tray while still frozen.
Under refrigeration: 4 hours
Room temperature: 2 hours (defrosting at room temperature is NOT recommended)
Convection Oven: Heat for 8 minutes in a 350° convection oven (from frozen state).
Hotbox: Product may be warmed in a Hotbox. Time varies from 10-30 minutes depending on numbers of sternos and portions used. Holds in Hotbox for 2 hours.
