Defrosting/Handling Tips

Always remove shrinkwrap prior to defrosting.  Best when portioned frozen with a double-handled knife.

Portioned bars will defrost at room temperature in about 30 minutes.

Can be kept at room temperature for 1 - 2 days.
Keeps best when rotated into refrigeration overnight.
Always wrap before placing under refrigeration.
