Defrosting/Handling Tips

Always remove shrink-wrap prior to defrosting.
Whole pie: Under refrigeration: 8 - 10 hours or overnight. Defrosting a whole pie at room temperature is not recommended. Plated Slices:  Under refrigeration: 1 hour   Room Temperature: 30 - 45 minutes
Best when held refrigerated. Can be served cold or at room temperature.
