Defrosting/Handling Tips

Defrosting
 Whole Tray Under Refrigeration: Remove tray from case. Defrost for 24 hours.
 Plated Slices Under Refrigeration: Place separated slices on tray or plate and thaw under refrigeration for 14 hours.
 Warm product from a refrigerated state (approx. 40'F).

HEATING PORTIONS
Microwave Oven:  Place a single piece on microwave safe plate and warm for 1 minute 35 seconds.  
 NOTE: Warming instructions are based on 1,000-watt microwave at 100% power.  
 Final temperature after warming will vary from microwave to microwave.

Turbo Chef Ovens: Temp: 500˚ F / Time: 1 min 30 seconds
