Tempura Batter Ingredients
- 3⁄4 cup cornstarch
- 1⁄4 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
- 1⁄2 cup water
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
Step 2
- In a bowl mix first 5 ingredients; add water, egg and stir till smooth.
Step 3
- Dip XANGO™ in tempura batter
fry at 350 for 3 min. - Plated on micro greens and serve with sauce
