Ice cream (your favorite)
Take two cookies and place them upside down on a plate.
For messy deliciousness, place cookies in the microwave for 10-15 seconds. For controlled perfection, leave at room temperature.
Add a few scoops of ice cream and smoosh it down on one cookie.
Place the second cookie on top of ice cream with the bottom facing down and lightly smoosh cookies together, so the ice cream starts to peak out from the cookies.
Sprinkle heath crumbles on the plate and roll the ice cream sandwich in the pile to coat ice cream.
Plate, wrap or devour instantly.
