- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/3 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon Chai Spice
Add heavy cream and sugar to a cold metal bowl and begin whisking it. Whisk it until it forms softs peaks.
Stir in vanilla and cinnamon and continue to whisk until the cream forms stiff peaks.
Gently fold in pumpkin puree with a spatula.
Serve and enjoy.
