- 4 King Sized Marshmallows
Whip mashed sweet potato’s with 2 ounces of toasted marshmallow syrup.
Toast marshmallow with torch or flame from stove top burner.
Place hot mashed sweet potato on bottom of plate.
Place marshmallow on sweet potato.
Place cheesecake on top. Pour 1/2 ounce of syrup around plate.
