Step 1
Combine the strawberries, balsamic vinegar and sugar in a bowl. Mix and let stand for a syrup to form.
Step 2
Plate 1 slice of NY Cheesecake.
Step 3
Spoon balsamic strawberries on top of the cheesecake.
