Sweet Street’s raspberry cheesecake is paired with white chocolate to give your taste buds an exciting trip from sweet to slightly tart and back again. The vibrant red coloring from the raspberry swirl gives the cheesecake a great, eye-catching appearance as well. Our raspberry white chocolate cheesecake is glazed for a slightly sugary topping, and all of our cheesecakes are hand-fired to ensure that they look and taste amazing.
We take great care in everything we bake, and want to be sure that our customers are proud to serve our wide variety of dessert items, including, brownies, cakes, cupcakes, pies, and bars. The Perfect Add-in: Raspberries
Raspberries perfectly compliment the smooth taste and texture of the cheesecake. Raspberries are the third-most popular berry in the United States when used fresh, and a raspberry glaze adds a burst of flavor that other berries cannot mimic well. Although raspberries come in black, purple, and yellow varieties, we use red raspberries for our cheesecake.
The United States is the third-largest producer of raspberries in the world, and most of the growing occurs in Western states like Washington, California, and Oregon. The U.S. also imports raspberries from Mexico and Canada. Washington produces the most red raspberries in the U.S, but they do grow in other locations across the country as well.

Other Cheesecake Variations
Cream cheese was not added to the traditional cheesecake recipe until it came to the U.S. Although cheesecake has been around since Ancient Greece, it really wasn’t until cream cheese was discovered in 1872 that it became the cheesecake that we know today. American cheesecake is much sweeter than its counterparts around the world, and there are even different variations depending on your location in the country.
- New York Style Cheesecake. Perhaps the most well-known, New York Cheesecake is traditional and generally has no toppings, mix-ins, or fillings. If there are mixers, they are served on the side. It is extra smooth because of the egg yolks in the mixture.
- Chicago-Style Cheesecake. Chicago natives add sour cream to the cheesecake recipe to make it extra creamy. It does have a lighter feel to it than the heavier New York cheesecake as well.
- Philadelphia Cheesecake. Our home state of Pennsylvania also developed a unique kind of cheesecake. It still has the smooth texture, but it is much lighter than the traditional New York Cheesecake. It will generally have fruit, caramel, or chocolate as well. We have a variety of these types of cheesecakes available for delivery or pickup, including cherry and orange cream cheesecakes.
- St. Louis Cheesecake. St Louis provides a Midwestern take on cheesecake by adding a cake topping over the cheesecake filling. It creates a gooey, buttery cake that is sinfully delicious.
